Eating Organic on a Budget

Eating healthy is expensive. It is even more expensive when you first start to eat a certain way. For one you have no acceptable food in your house, for another you do not know the tips and tricks. This book is aimed at helping you learn those tips and tricks.

This book is not rocket science. It gives some budget ideas, most of which are pretty basic - but good reminders. There are quite a few links to sites offering organic coupons. In truth I have not checked out the sites yet to see if they are worth anything. I find clipping coupons to take too much time, and wastes more paper.

There is some basic information on various stores, as well as sites to help determine when you can choose to not eat organic. The book goes beyond and offers ideas on how to grow your own food, even if you live in an apartment. It also suggests ways to get free food.

A lot of the information in this book is basic. It is perfect if you have never bargain shopped before. It is also an interesting read if you are starting organic. Beyond that it may remind you of a few ways to trim your budget a bit.
