This is a part of the Disney Princess early chapter books series. There are eight chapters in this book and a total of 89 pages. The book also includes beautiful color pictures throughout.
The storyline of the book takes place after Belle has exchanged places with her father, and before she and the Beast fall in love. It is about a treasure hunt to find the hidden end of a book.
The writing is good, and on level for early elementary readers. This is currently one of the chapter series that L is reading - so it holds attention for her at least. This would be a great first chapter book for your reader.
